Super divey, but I think it's unintentionally so.

The crowd was friendly as was the staff.

This place is next to the County Courthouse and a string of lawyers' offices in old Victorians. We were there on a Saturday afternoon.  Friendly bartender.  Has a big screen TV, a few tables, long bar, and a meat grill (operational?).  Pretty good liquor selection, limited tap selection. Bottles were cheap & cold :-)

We learned that the current owner (a woman in her 70's) puts a little bit of a damper on the weekend karaoke festivities (no loud music, no bad language).  Smelled smokey inside, but someone was smoking outside when we came in. Probably a completely different scene during the week with the county employees & legal staff.
