Country Catfish Restaurant

This place will always be near and dear to my heart!!

I used to come here almost every week with my great grandparents (yea thats the crowd but I don't choose restaurants based on how hip the other patrons are. lol) Its kind of *ok really* a hole in the wall but absolutely delicious!!!

I had my 13-15th birthdays here I loved it so much (ok and my first little boyfriend was the busboy so that didn't hurt. lolllll)

The staff are so friendly...could be because they are friends! Always remember to wave back to the kitchen.

Things I recommend:

-Bean Soup: One of my top five favorite things in the world (my last meal would consist of a Lord John's Taco and bean soup from CC) I recommend dumping the diced onions in and maybe a bit of sour cream (my special secret).

-THE CATFISH! Not muddy tasting AT ALL. My favorite fish on earth. Crunchy cornmeal breading- delish, delish, delish!!!!

-The sour cream and chive wedges! I don't really need to embellish do I??

-Fried okra- If you like fried okra..you can't get much better than here.

- Ranch dressing!! My favorite ranch dressing anywhere- and I love my ranch dressing!
