Crust Pizzeria

Thought we would give them another try and it was a bit better. The pizza was better but not outstanding probably a C+ or B- with somewhat chewy crust that was hard (not crispy... hard) in some places. The garlic rolls were a D as they were all hard with a dried out center but the parm and butter over them was good. The wings were good and we would grade them a solid B. We liked the expanded menu and the topping selection is excellent but until they improve the crust, they will maintain an OK grade at best. It is unfortunate that a restaurant named Crust has sub par pizza crust.

So dissappointed in the pizza.   Asked for extra cheese & wonder if we hadn't would there have been any cheese at all.  Plus crust so soggy it was like eating wet dough.  Plus center of pizza was not cooked at all.

I have been going to Crust since it opened.  They had some growing pains in the beginning, but NEVER with the quality of their food!  We will only get out from Crust now.  Love their Wings.  If you like it hot, get their Obnoxious!  Their Mango Habernero is also awesome.  I have never had a bad meal from Crust. With a home undergoing renovations, I have tried just about everything on the menu.  

Definitely check it out.  Go their to eat in, or call for take out and delivery.  If you want to go for a drink in a place that has it's own comfortable vibe, then go there for that as well.  

In this foodie's opinion, Crust is as good as it gets!
