  Last stop on our lovely crawl.  Drinks were strong, dive bars know how to do it! The music was not my favorite the random mix of chaos and when I went up the dj pointed to something on the wall. Shows how often he gets complaints I suppose it's easier to just point at something on the wall.
  
  That's ok we went a long with the bad music to get through to the good music.  A few pool tables and of course stripper poles.  Ha ha ha I did not make good use of the stripper poles sorry.  I did have fun with the group though Thanks guys!

  I tried this place a few times since its less then a 2 minute walk from my house, I dont mind dive bars...but this one is small, feels damp inside and it stinks. Smells like they let people smoke inside when the place is closed or something....super dark also. I always ended up going across the street to Salty Frog's.

  Gotta say, I like this place.
  I've been told there is a new owner and he cleaned the place up a lot.
  It was way better than the last time I was there. Fresh paint, clean tables, good in all the ways a small bar should be.
  Prices were reasonable and the juke box was solid.
  It's a nice place to stop off after the beach.
  It would have been 5 stars, but the night parking on the side street with no street lights sketched me out. Not the bar's fault, just me wanting lots of lit parking for my new truck.

  I went on a Saturday night, The new owner has remodeled the place. The bar is alot nicer, they had a DJ playing 80's and 90's music mixed in with Classic Rock and Alternative. It was a cool younger crowd 21-30. They had a couple of Pool Tables,Darts, and a Juke Box. They even had Two Stripper Poles in one corner so the wild girls can get down. They had a decent Draft and Liquor selection for I.B. We had a great time, It was Inexpensive, I'll be back.

  For a supposed "DIVE" bar in Imperial Beach ...and let's face it, that's pretty much all IB has to offer in the way of bars - this is OUTSTANDING! The decor is fabulous - red and black with stars all over (not tacky - just funky & cool!), the jukebox is brand new and has a wide range of music, the staff are phenomenal (Crystal - owner, Dee - bartender & Jay - bouncer/bartender) and it's right on the main drag of IB. We went on a Wednesday - Military Appreciation night with $2 well drinks & beer and on a Friday night- 80's with a great dj playing fantastic music from that decade. We have had two awesome nights there in the past week - try it for yourself!!

  This is a dive bar right on the main street in IB.  No nice decor, not pretty, nothing like that.  It's a dive bar!  There's a juke box a single bathroom for the ladies and a single for the guys - which I didn't like.  There's a band that plays there every other friday, and they  happened to play the friday I went.  They were alright, I much rather listen to the jukebox, because the sound was way too high when this band played and you can't even hear yourself talk.  
  Other than this, the people that work there were all very nice.  Kept coming and cleaning our table and were very nice when my friend started dropping her drinks on the floor.
