  There is no way this place should be rated above or near Fiddlesticks. If you were ever looking for the definition of "lumpenprole," look no further than the sad creatures inhabiting this bar. My friends and I only go here for a laugh, as it's kind of fun to look at your friends, then at the regulars and the bartender, then back to your friends with a look that says, "Can you believe this??" The place is an absolute dump.
  
  Seriously though, every time you go to the Nest, you roll the dice on getting stabbed.

  OK...third stop of the night for the inaugural 2012 Beer Tour.  The nest has been hidden at the top of the north south running strip mall on the northwest corner of Jewell and Wadsworth for at least 30 years.  First drink is a 2 fer!  Good start.  Filled with friendly regulars and ran into a couple we knew.  There are about 5 pinball machines on the other side of the bar with an old favorite that I played as a kid.  Good songs played on the jukebox.  We had a couple of corn dogs that were hand battered with a good batter!  We will definitely return!

  I have to admit that I only go to this bar because it is close to my place within walking distance.
  The good.
  Close to my house. Very cheap drinks. 2 for 1 for your first drink at any time. Decent food pretty fast service. Can drink a lot for a very good price. Separate outside room for smoking if that is your thing. They do have poker nights on occasion I'm not sure which ones though as i am not her during the week that often.
  
  The bad.
  Definition of a dive bar. Has a lot of the same regulars everyday weekend or week day which is an older crowd so it is not a place for much conversation. Bad tvs and being a dive bar they only cater to local sports teams. Covered smoking room outdoors let's all the smoke drift to the bar and you leave there smelling like a smoking bar after.
  
  If it wasn't close to my place I'm not sure how often I would go here but I do so I will continue coming here.

  YES! I live really close to this place, so I come here often.  It is basically on the corner of Wadsworth and Jewell in the little strip mall by the Savers, back in the corner behind the Wendy's, and honestly, if you didn't know this place existed, you'd probably never will!
  
  It is straight up a dive bar with genuine regulars! Every time I've been here, so have the same people.  Really, the thing that makes this place so great in my mind is the drinks and atmosphere.  These people and servers are great! I think it's because they know everyone.  They have two pool tables that you can usually get in on pretty quickly, and some pinball machines.  There is also an area for the smokers that is outside, but covered so you don't have to endear the elements while smoking!
  
  Plus.. Your first drink is always a 2 for 1! They really don't have a great tap selection, so I always opt for the Michelob Amber...the tall, 22 oz.  You get two of them for the price of $5.50!  In my book, that's not bad at all! That and you don't have to get them both right away, the server will bring them to you as you need.  The prices all around are pretty decent here, they server Maker's Mark for $5.00 too!
  
  If you're in the area and dig the whole dive bar scene, please stop in here. You'll love it! I personally love going to bars that are not busy and you can get service right away and not blow the bank every time you go.  You can seriously be wasted in this place for under $20.. trust me, it's happened!
