  I really want to like this place. Fool me once shame on you...fool me twice shame on me. I went here on Saturday 9/8/12 for a birthday party. Our party was seated to the left directly below the air conditioning vent making it probably the coldest part of the room -Strike 1.  
  
  I ordered a chicken quesadilla that took 30mins and 3 inquiries before it arrived - sans silverware. I had to flag down a security guard for that. Strike - 2.
  
  No sooner than I had finished my food the bill arrived....? All I had to drink was water -- I wanted to order a glass of wine (or two)..but the service was so lacking in this place. (Ironically  - the gentleman who came and sat at the table behind me..received far better service. Within 10mins of placing his order he received his food.)
  After another 20mins I ended up taking my bill to the bar to pay - but I could have just as easily left without paying and no one would have noticed. Strike 3.
  
  I brought this to the attention of the manager as I was paying my bill. Unfortunately this experience mirrored my 1st one from 2010/2011 on Wednesday - Karoake night.
  
  You can go here and listen to the music but please don't expect stellar service from the wait staff as they are limited in number. The bar didn't seem to fare much better either. I can't say that I'll be back on my own dime.

  This place is great! The food is delicious and the drinks are good (and strong) if that's how you like it. Karaoke is a blast and so are the bands on Fridays and Saturdays. I believe the cover charge for karaoke night is $5.00 and $10.00 on the weekend. The service can be so-so depending on who is your server. But overall, you will have a good time here, despite the outdated look.

  I feel so indifferent about this place.  The decor is a little outdated.  Well there's no doubt about it. It's extremely outdated. Something like a time warp.  
  What can one expect for this old outdated hotel.  
  
  I've visited several times for lunch only.....
  
  The food is pretty delicious. I would probably give the food at least 3 or 4 stars.  The creamy crab soup is the best I've ever tasted... great chicken sandwich, tuna melt, and salmon.... slightly overpriced for a bar food menu..
  
  So I've never actually experienced the actual lounge concept of this place( as in after 5).    It's a nice size, which is good for large or small gatherings.
  The bar is pretty large and there is a loft area that seems perfect for small private functions.....
  amongst locals -- this place is a hit, especially on karaoke night...

  I've come here a couple times with friends who live close by.  Some nights, its nobody here, but NOT on karaoke night. OH MY is it packed out!!  I mean, you pay a dollar to get in which frankly you have it in quarters in your car, so it's cool.  The food and service is decent, and reasonably priced.  You will have to park way across the lot because it really does get packed.  All in all, its a decent spot.

  On Friday, September 16, me and a friend went to the Decoy Lounge in Clinton to celebrate another friends birthday.  We got there around 9:30, paid $10, got in the lounge, it was packed, band was nice, I didn't get anything to eat or drink because I did not want to stand up to eat or drink, the atmosphere age appropriate for us. We stood for 1 hour by the door, couldn't get a table, asked the one waitress that was running back & forth can we use a small table in the corner, she said no, we saw 2 tables reserved w/chairs, a couple came in, took 2 of the chairs from the reserved table & sat at the table the waitress told us we could not use. I asked her why they could sit there, she rudely said, that's my table, they just took it. I went to the lobby to ask the guy at the front door did they have any more chairs so we could at least sit down, he said no, but yet we saw the waitress replace the chairs that the couple had taken. I asked her is there any place we could sit & she rudely said no, she put water pitchers & stuff on the table that I asked her about before & completely ignored me. We decided to sit in the lobby of the hotel to wait until the birthday honoree came, he did, him and his friends couldn't find seats either, but they stayed. I was going to ask for my money back, but decided not to. I plan to go again, but I see, you must get their early, not sure what time, but unless you want to look like a wall flower you'd better get there early.

  Went on Karaoke night.  The experience was about average.  Jack Daniels is considered "top shelf".  The performers were not too bad and I had a good time.  The service is a bit slow because they had two bartenders tending to about 50 people so it takes a while to get a drink.  Most of the crowd was 35+ and everyone seemed laid back.  I'll go back but it won't be a regular spot.

  Went here with a friend a while back and got to say I won't be going back. So, I went on a Wednesday which is Karaoke night. This place was stuffed to the gills when I got there. Finding a seat was almost impossible and the drinks while affordable weren't the greatest. The only entertaining thing about the place was the people participating in the karaoke. They were all an amazing variety of characters that were just hilarious. The Decoy Lounge itself was just not that impressive to me.

  I made my way out to Clinton, MD Thursday evening to watch a friend perform in a Belly dancing exhibition. The event was held in the Decoy Lounge which is located in the Colony South Hotel & Conference Center.
  
  The lounge has a wildlife, outdoorsy feel to it. There is not much to distinguish it - the food and drinks were not very good, the drinks were less than average, and the service was lousy. There was a $5.00 cover charge to get in for the event.
  
  I ordered the Nachos - they took forever to come out - it seemed like the lounge was understaffed wait-staff wise. When the Nachos did come out - they just were not very good. It tasted like melted cheeze whiz, pseudo chili, and lousy guacamole.
  
  I ordered a Guinness, and then a Vodka Martini - dirty - it had to be the single worst Martini I've ever tasted. and it was room temperature. Bleah!
