As my good comrade Andrew J. always states, you can't really go here if you're under 35.
It's so true. When I went here over holiday break in years past, I found that I was probably the youngest person here by at least 12 years.
However, this partially is what's so warm and inviting about the place, it's literally a very localized, not flashy, not trendy, not pretending to be trendy, local watering hole. It's kind of full of grandma sweaters, mom jeans, big smiles, and some serious karaoke. I mean these guys and gals really belt out the tunes. With cute bartenders, 360 bar, ample seating, and drinks under 5 bucks who can complain? It's well lit, homey, it's Dee Dee's; it's like that place where everybody quips about everyone else's lawns or cooking and the biggest laughs come from marriage jokes.
