Delight Dance

After reading the previous reviews I was not going to even consider this place.  However, a friend of mine informed me that Delight is now being run by Mission Events Planners 909-841-4552.  The banquet hall is gorgeous and they offer full packages on weddings, quinces, and other events.  Today I did a testing on their food and it was delish.   I hope this review is helpful.

Negative stars! what a nightmare. we, regretfully, staffed an their NYE party this year. we provided our exceptional bartending and cocktail services at a 50% discount. the event seemed to be ok but behind the scenes and aftermath was a disaster. **horrible** management. they really don't know what they are doing and like to turn it around on others for their substandard communication and organization. they undercut our cocktail waitresses earnings and only paid her after we threaten to get our lawyer involved...and they STILL, 3 weeks later, havent paid their balance to us from the event.

the drinks are way overpriced for chino. their own "head bartender" didn't know what chambord was.

this place is god-AWFUL.

Horrible horrible customer service, apparently, all they want is your money! Anytime you do business with them, they try to slip in extra charges and worse of all, on the night of my friend's wedding, they insisted that they pay almost an extra $1,000 to do dishes!!! So their family instead, pitched in, in their wedding attire doing dishes till past 2am in the morning. Leaving the bride in tears on her WEDDING DAY!

I would not suggest this location or doing business with this location ever. Very irresponsible and no communication between staff. Dates get double booked and is nothing but trouble!
