Nice atmosphere, but when I asked the waitress what whiskeys they had she said she didn't know and instructed me to "go ask the bartender because I have all these tables."  She had about 5 tables, with 2-4 people each. So, my BF went to the bar. Not a huge deal, but annoying as I thought that's what a waitress did, was, you know, get you drinks.

Was just in here for HH last night.  Bartender was very efficient, food was good and brought out in a timely manner, and most importantly, the bill was small.  Atmosphere was good, the fire is a nice touch, as is the live music.  All in all, it's not going to replace the Palace as my go to HH spot, but it will be in rotation.
Edited: 3/16/13-- I did love the fire, but damn.  All my clothes were so gross the next day.  I'm not sure it's worth it to smell like I've been camping.

I always have great food and service when I come here. They have grey daily specials as well as a great happy hour. The Chicago style pizza is very tasty and the homemade apple pie shots will definitely keep you coming back for more.

Derailed has 7 flat screens an 1 big projection screen for all your sports desires. Not a bad seat in the house. There is a wood fireplace that really makes this place cozy in the winter time. You can also catch live music on the weekends. Stop by and check it out, you won't be disappointed.

Came in just for a drink and had no expectations.  Caitlin was our server. I asked about the "apple pie" shot.  She took the time to explain it to me, and I ended up ordering an apple martini, not really on the menu.  Caitlin made one up for me and it was delicious. She took the time to chat with us about the town.  She was lovely.  We left, but on our way out saw the people next to us eating a pizza, it looked so delicious we turned around and decided to order dinner.

They customized our pizza and it was perfect.  I enjoyed the down to earth atmosphere and friendly staff.

$5 Appetizers and Happy Hour $4 Cosmos?  One of the best places in downtown Durango for Happy Hour.  The food was super and our first ever Cosmos called for a second round.  Live music started sometime during our meal and the two guys added a lot to the vibe of the place.

I'm kind of wanting to give this place two stars, but I feel like that wouldn't be fair given that I've only been in here during Snowdown events.

I haven't eaten the food. It looked tasty but it was too crowded to get a table. The drinks were good, if not a little steeply priced - but hey, it's main street Durango, what can you expect? Mostly my beef with the place was the crowds and how poorly they were managed. People were coming in through the back door and were rudely drunk and obnoxious. There wasn't enough seating. The staff was frantically busy and therefore inattentive.

But like I said it was Snowdown, so it probably isn't fair to judge. If it wasn't so crowded the atmosphere would probably be pretty neat. But it was and so it wasn't. Maybe I'll give it another try the next time I'm in town. Maybe not.

Really cool hang out in the middle of town. The food was great, and the service was quick and friendly, even when it got completely packed at night. It has this cool western feel to it, but just not soooo much that it feels like a country bar. The live music was superb! We left to go check out some other places, but that was a mistake. Next time in Durango, we'll be hanging out here a lot more. Oddly enough, there's more of a Vodka than Whiskey selection, which just goes more with the country-but-not-too much atmosphere I guess.

They serve Chicago style pizza, and it was quite good. Service was efficient and food was served fast. We went in for lunch, so we didn't get to experience any of the bands or dancing that happen in the evenings.

Negative: the restaurant wasn't very busy but tables around us were filled with dirty dishes.

According to a Durango magazine I picked up: "Formerly the famous Farquahrts, dating from 1973, the renamed and remodeled restaurant has a new look - with seating for nearly 100 customers and plans for a rear patio. Owners Lisa and Todd Gibson have restored the the dance floor and have regular live bands. New menu features pizza, fries, hot dogs, gourmet salads and more."
