Where to start... LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Â
Food/Wine:
I crave their flat breads. Â It always tastes very fresh and made with great care. Â I've also had their sweet potato fries (can't go wrong with these!) and their wine selection is great.
Atmosphere:
During the day it's great to sit outside in the front and watch the activity in downtown livermore. Â At night, the back patio is great. Â Very large couches to sit on, warm ambiance and great music. Â I've come here with my friends to hang out, and have also brought my mother and mother in law...truly a great place regardless of age. Â (wouldn't recommend the back for kids as it's just too small and would stress out parents more than anything)
Staff:
From the first day that I visited it was the friendliest restaurant i've been to. Â I live in Livermore and love to take people here, just wish i had more time so i could do it more often. Â You can be talking with the waitress/waiter or chatting it up with the owners and it's the same level of enthusiasm and quiet honestly a sense of ownership over the customers experience.
Writing this review makes me want to go visit NOW...lol. Â Def a great place for downtown Livermore!!!
Really great service - the waitress was very attentive and knowledgeable. The wine flights were fun and reasonably priced ($13-15) and the food was delicious. The edible fruit salad was wonderful to look at and to eat. The food is a little pricey and the portions are small, but they have a very interesting menu.
Review Source:The wine was really good, but the food needed some work. I don't know if it was because we came in a bit late and the kitchen crew was just looking to shut it down, but I'd have to give the food a 2/5.
We'll give the place another shot, because we enjoyed the ambiance, and being in downtown Livermore. However, we might grab a bite to eat somewhere else, beforehand.
Oh, and we'll definitely sit out on the back patio if seating is available.
