My husband and I went to this place hearing good things about it. We walked in and were seated, the atmosphere was nice, music was alright but I will be be completely honest the hookah was great, not to much of a Starbuzz variety, but still ok. Everything was alright until we continuously were getting skipped for coal. I waited to see and give the guy the benefit of the doubt and still nothing, we politely asked the young lady to have him come by and after 10 minutes of waiting and last time being skipped, we got up and left. Ridiculous, seems like if they don't know you, they don't take care of you. I am big on service and this was VERY disappointed. I made sure and told the young lady when we paid what happened, she mentioned he was new and blah blah, no excuse. The only reason this place gets a 2 is because they do have a clean good tasting hookah. Bottom line, been to better places.
Review Source:Visited this place on suggestion of a friend (we were craving hookah and it was close by). The hookah was good, i'll give them that but the 2 stars are more based on my experience there. We walked in and they had us sit at a table with random people since there was nowhere else to sit, I've had to share a table before but we were literally sharing a sofa - WEIRD. The coal wasn't ready after we ordered so we had to wait for 12 minutes (not exaggerating), you'd think they'd be ready with coal as they are FULL and its a HOOKAH PLACE! Lastly, the owner (i was told by my friend he was the owner) was sitting there with a friend smoking and staring at everyone. Like hardcore staring, I felt like he was sizing everyone up and it was sort of becoming uncomfortable. I think he needs to lighten up a bit and maybe show PAYING customers some appreciation by at least saying hello or flashing a smile.
Review Source:1st time here was okay...stayed for 1 1/2 hr...then one of the staff tells you that you need to refill because that's a requirement! Hmm! It was just my husband and I so apparently the flavor was not going to burn that quick...we're hookah lovers and own one for ourselves so for someone that works on a hookah place should know that the tobacco will not quickly burn and it's rude to even say its a requirement we came there to relax! And enjoy a different scenery but since she asked that question we decided just to leave though we were planning to refill and stay longer...
Review Source:Best hookah lounge to go to for a good time!
I love having a nice hookah session with a group of friends and the Dream Ultra Lounge provides the best experience for smoking hookah. THE STAFF are the dopest bunch of people ever to work in a hookah lounge. They strive on making your hookah experience a great one. They're always right when making rounds with coals and show great concern for maintaining customer satisfaction.
They got flat-screen TVs all along the walls for entertainment and have music playing that puts on a good vibe. The decor is classy and modern WITH CHANDELIERS. The atmosphere is so chill and relaxing but still puts on a groovy feel in your bones. They have a pretty wide selection of hookah flavors but it all depends on your preference in choosing what flavor you want and the prices are fairly cheap compared to other lounges!
I love this place. The Dream Ultra Lounge is my go-to spot to kick back and have a great hookah session with friends. You will definitely see me over there puffin'.
If you see an Asian dude dancing, THAT'S ME. SAY HI.
If you're looking for an upscale, clean hookah lounge, this is it. The guys that run this place hit the nail on the head. The staff is amazing, they are usually always on top of coal changes. There's a few TVs and projectors playing sports, and the music isn't super loud.
Its relatively cheap, a hookah for 2 is $12, and a head change is $5 (its 1 hookah for every 2 people with a sitting fee of $5 if there's an extra person, unless they get a hookah). They have happy hour before 8 though, so hookahs are only $8. and they have a spot on reward system, so when you go, you just scan a card and get points towards free hookahs and head changes and stuff.
They also have food and drinks, just cake and brownie type stuff, then there's tea and coffee too. Still better than most places serving over priced chips and candy. Oh, and its a little different. You pay like its a restaurant. You get seated, order your stuff, then pay before you leave. This confused me the first time I went, but its so much more convenient! You don't have to keep ringing up your card every time you want a water or something. Awesome!:]
I highly recommend this place, especially if you're used to some crappy run down hole in the wall. Smoke classy:]
It's great to finally find a hookah place close to Riverside that isn't borderline trashy. Came here for the first time last night with a friend and was told that the wait to be seated was 20 minutes. My friend was ready to leave after being told that, but I bought some time and ran into a friend who was already seated so we shared the table and ordered a hookah. Will definitely keep in mind to make reservations for next time. The guy who took care of the coals was attentive and I didn't need to keep looking for him like I do in most other hookah places.
Review Source:Dream Ultra Lounge in Corona is by far the best hookah bar in Southern California! Upscale, posh, great looking people and most important...amazing hookah! They have great service and truly care about your hookah experience! The drive from OC and LA is not as bad as people make it seem! Come down and enjoy with 6 flat screen TV's and a wonderful environment!
Review Source:The best Hookah Bar I have been too in Southern California. Â The service is great. Â Both owners and workers value everyone's business. Â The ambience is second to none. Â Ice tip with the new Kaloud Lotus bowl is the best smoke you will have. Â This place has the Lotus head exclusively to them. Â They are game changers NOT followers like these other Hookah bars.
Review Source:Went here with some good friends one night. Here's my summary:
-Customer service: We waited longer than I expected to be seated, then again to place an order after we were seated. It could have been better.
-Location: The location is convenient with lots of free parking (which is expected since this is in Corona).
-Atmosphere: Very chill with tall ceilings, good ventilation, fun chandeliers, comfortable
unique seating, and lots of TVs (Good place for game watching).
-Selection: They have a good variety of flavors and some drink (nonalcoholic) and snack items.
-Hookah: My group enjoyed the flavors we picked and thought it was solid. We really liked the individual mouth pieces that were provided. The Hookahs themselves were of high quality.
-Pricing: Pricing is reasonable.
-Overall: Not a bad place to hang out with friends and something nice to have in Corona.
Great variety of hookah flavors, great location and spacious parking lot, excellent customer service, and very comfortable yet luxurious experience at Dream Ultra Lounge. Upon entering, visitors are greeted by the receptionists and the place is decorated with ottomans, chandeliers, and leather couches hence the name "lounge" not decorated with old stiff chairs. The waitresses and servers are very attentive and respectful. Coal guys are always on point in changing coals so I NEVER had to ask for new coals. The managers walk around and checking up on their guests guaranteeing the best and satisfying hookah experience Dream has to offer for them. The bouncers in the front keep the business in order for a safe and friendly hookah environment. Great place to relax for hours, offers happy hour on hookahs($8 from 6-8pm everyday!) and this place closes till 2am! I would highly recommend Dream Hookah Lounge. It's not your ordinary hookah lounge, it is extraordinary.
Review Source:Off 15 at Ontario, the Hookah lounge has is a good plaza with wide parking spots.
interior is very nice and modern. It's obvious that these guys put effort into making a good hookah, but a excellent and leisurely experience. The coal guys and server girls are really nice and attentive, whereas other places tend to leave to never be seen again.
Prices are excellent, there's a happy hour, good selection of non alcoholic drinks and hookah flavors, and theyre OPEN until 2am which is great.
The Managers walk around and make sure everyone's happy, theres a bouncer/security on some nights but what's great is that everyones there to have a good time so shady/unsafe people are nothing to worry about.
Great way to spend an hour or 2, or watch a sports game.
great for a hookah lounge anywhere, especially in corona.
What a great place opened by a Corona local yet Middle Eastern background. The ambiance of an upscale LA nightclub yet the availability to ease back and relax. Absolutely a must try for the Hookah enthusiast and a place where friends of any taste can enjoy. Props to owner Ali well done sir well done. Shokran Ali for a great new addition to the Inland Empire's gem city Corona.
Review Source:There are not too many hookah bars in the inland empire but for those looking, this place is definitely the place to go to. Â The staff was real nice. Â There are wall to wall filled with TVs. Â The atmosphere is cool and though it was busy, they did great with service. Â Definitely a nice place to hangout!!!
