Shitty service in terms of the bar. Bartender wasn't accommodating at all and made me feel uncomfortable. I had asked for suggestions which he seemed to give unwillingly given the long, awkward pauses in our conversation. After making my choice, the bartender simply stared as if he was expecting something (another long, awkward pause). Eventually, he asked me for my ID, saying "I'm sorry  but you look like you're only twelve" (in a really rude tone). I look young so I usually get carded. However, that's just no way to treat a customer and completely unnecessary.
Review Source:I'll preface this with the fact that I'm a big fan of the Duke's location on the waterfront. My friends and I decided to try this one out since it's closer to our homes in Hershey and we were pretty disappointed. The service was fine, but the food was just not as flavorful as the waterfront location. I got an open-faced steak sandwich that turned out to be a well-done slab of steak slopped on some bread covered by way too many onions. It's a shame, but this just isn't as nice as Duke's other location. If you have time, I would try to go to the other Duke's.
