The Sinkhole Saloon is a great place with a peculiar theme, the recurring sinkhole that has been the scourge of the site, complete with news articles on the walls. Gotta love the local flavor!
I've heard that these guys are heavyweights when it comes to wings and they managed to exceed even my lofty expectations. Went for Peanut Butter BBQ and was not disappointed. Yep, that's right, PB/BBQ. What a treat for a serious wing aficionado! Tangy and creamy goodness all at the same time! No bleu cheese required.
Buffalo Chicken Sandwich is excellent, good strong flavor and crisp too. Sinkhole Saloon Burger is another choice selection, the onion ring topper a nod to the establishments namesake. The ribs though are no joke, tender, flavor-packed at  reasonable prices. Any locals who deem the Sinkhole Saloon their go-to spot should consider their themselves lucky the fare is leaps and bounds over most other bars.

Good food. A little pricey.
