    Great upgrade with the new renovations. Great wings as well. Now with overtime in the tank, they should offer 25 cent wings on wing night! *Lots of homeless wing lovers out there now*

    Some of the best cheesesteaks and wings you'll find anywhere, and a good bar.

    If you want a comfortable, inexpensive place to watch the game, with very good bar food and drinks, this is the joint.

    NOTE: The Penn is currently closed for MAJOR renovation work following the fall 2011 flash flood through Hershey. Management indicates that it will reopen in the fall of 2012.
