Eagles Lodge

As far as Eagles clubs go, this one was on par with the rest. The country dancing on weekends is fun, the poker runs, and burger feeds are always enjoyable. Drinks are inexpensive and the bar is large.

Unbeatable drink prices ($1.50 PBR the Friday we were there, and $3.50 Moose Drool!), but the real reason to come here is the live music. We went on a night when 10 Foot Tall and 80 Proof was playing. The place was empty at 9pm, with just a handful of regulars, but once the music started at 9:30, the dance floor filled up and the bar got packed. Cheap beer and great, free live music make this place a winner in my book.

The bar that all other bars aspire to be. Always a $1.50 drink special, usually a kicking band, never a dull moment.
