Eastside Station

My first time coming in to this place was friday night. Kareoke night! The fried mushrooms were good and the wings just ok. Im not a fan of loud bars and clubs but it was a good time.

I dont go to many straight bars, but i've been coming to this one for years now because my parents live near there, its fun to go there after getting out late from work and if you wanna have a few drinks with some friends. The bartenders are always nice and the food is good for standard bar food. I particurally like to hang out in the pool table area, its less loud. It can get VERY loud. thats the only downfall, but its an allaround cool local place to go.

One of the strengths Eastside has is their ability to have something for everyone and music that makes you wanna dance.  I've been on the weekends and I like how they alternate a karaoke song (think popular music) with Top 40 dance music.  This is the only place I've ever been where I'm completely ok with someone singing karaoke.  They crank the music up and make it fun.  The bar is no fuss and has a hole in the wall feel despite its size.  It's a good alternative for somewhere to go when I don't want the Atlanta nightclub experience.  It's worth checking out if you've never been and there is plenty of people watching!
