Having read the preceding reviews, I was very disappointed with my visit to this restaurant.  While the service was polite and attentive, the food lacked significantly in the taste department.  Even adding some salt and pepper and lime juice to the Churrasco steak didn't help much.  We asked the waitress about Chimichurri sauce, and she said her customers didn't care for it, so they stopped making it.  The rice and Pigeon peas was properly cooked, however also lacked flavor.  The Mofongo was nice and moist, but again suffered in the flavor arena.  I also tried their wine punch, which turned out to be almost undrinkable.  And, there was no iced tea available....we were told they ran out....I was so disgusted I didn't bother to ask why they didn't simply make some more....there's a Kroger's about a block up the street.  The menu in no was resembled the menu posted on their website.

We did enjoy a cup of cafe con leche.

All of the above amounted to a check for almost $48.  I felt gypped, however I paid it without comment but did not leave my normal 20% gratuity.  I won't be going back again and I can't recommend it to any of my friends.

Nice AUTHENTIC PR food. Of Course hailing from NY you miss certain things.  One thing I miss is the variety of cultures that blend in the Big Apple.  I had been craving for mofongo and pollo en fricase.  I got my Mofongo. YES  I will be back.

Just went with wife. So good. Kind of place where you don't want to stop eating until it's too late and you need to loosen your belt. Anyhow, I had the churrasco with chimichurri with a side of beans and rice. Meat was perfectly seasoned and the beans were so tasty. Wife had shrimp with side of rice and beans. She liked it very much. Also had alcapurria (groud beef fritter) and sorullitos de maiz (corn fritters) and they were awesome. Oh and we had some mofongo that was perfectly salted, with a good amount of garlic.  It was delicious.  (You can see why  I needed to loosen up the belt).   All in all Puerto Rican wife proclaimed it to be the best Puerto Rican food she's had in Atlanta.  Highly recommended.
