Gwinnett Center

This is my FAVORITE concert venue! The arena's huge enough where if you can't get a seat in the front, you can still see the performers and have a great time. Tickets for Gwinnett are a little bit cheaper than Phillips since the venue is smaller.

Yeah it's a small stadium, but all this means is that all seats are good seats. You literally can't go wrong with your seating here. Don't waste your money on the close up seats because your "nose bleeds" aren't just better priced but not too far away to get the quality experience you came for.

I was here for the SEC Women's basketball tournament this week and what a nice arena.

First and foremost can I just say how nice it is to have free parking at an arena. It made me not mind so much dropping 4 dollars for water. It also worked well for a tournament setup where you come and go multiple times a day.

The parking staff handled traffic very well. They had planned and thought ahead for when the rushes were be and handled it well. Like the teams planning inside the arena, they had a game plan and stuck to it. While I was annoyed one afternoon that I got into the wrong line and ended up having to go right instead of left, I appreciated that getting in and out of the arena was not chaotic. They funneled the traffic very well.

There are no bad seats in the arena and the seats are not on top of each other like in other arenas. The rows were comfortable and had ample space between them. I loved that the tournament or the arena (not sure who's decision it was) decided to do open seating for the first 3 sessions. Last year in Nashville we had assigned seats and it was sort of silly because people come and go to different session dependent on who is playing.

I honestly think they could probably have gotten away with open seating for all 7 sessions but that's just my opinion.

They had a lot of varied food options and nothing I ate was bad. Typical arena food but the rest of my experience here totally exceeded my expectations.
