I do not like open seating. Â I like rules and order and direction. Â I do not like undefined establishments. Â I like when things make sense!
This place is really more like a bar and I think they should have, at least, some controlled seating. Since it was packed and we were told to "sit where you can", Â we had to stare and hover to get a table. This doesn't work because you have to be aggressive in getting your server - and it's not really their fault - no one tells them there are new customers.
In addition to some long tables, there are also many couches where you can order and eat. However, there are also TVs, so many people were just lounging on the couches even if they were done eating. One guy even took off his shoes and propped his stank feet up on the table!
When we finally did get a table, we ordered a variety of sliders and they were yummy. Not enough for me to come back. Â If you stay in the hotel, come down for a drink, to play pool, or get food to-go. Otherwise, don't bother.
Service on a Sunday evening even at 8 pm., although very busy was terrible. It's more like a lounge not a bar/ restaurant, not a lot of seating. After a 30 minute wait  to order food the food was really good , and eventually it cleared out and we could sit down. An ok place if your in the hotel.
