Elizur Holyoke Pub Inc

This bar would be a place you wouldn't go in another town, but if you're in Holyoke it's not bad.  The majority of their beer selection is what you'd expect.  They have a few craft beers though.  Try the McNeill's on draught.  It's my go to option here.  They also have a good liquor selection.

The food is exactly what you'd expect.  It's not terrible if you're looking for a snack while drinking, but don't come here specifically to eat dinner.  

People watching can be fun here.  It's mostly townie types, but there's also the occasional group of hipsters looking to avoid the Noho scene wanders in occasionally.  There's nothing like watching weird combos of people a this place, like a girl with big hair and leopard print leggings sitting next to an old guy on city council.

The big bonus for me is the Ms. Pacman and Galaga arcade machine in the back.  There's nothing like a drunken game of Galaga when you want to avoid a discussion of Holyoke politics.

Drinks are a little pricey but they make em strong, so that's a good thing.  The food is definitely underrated at this bar, it's pretty good I must say.  I definitely stop by here every so often and chill.

This is your whole-in-the-wall gone trendy pub. It's got a great neighborhood vibe, live music, lots of beers on tap, pool tables. Prices are low and the staff is very friendly. Definitely a good place for a loud, packed weekend, or just a Tuesday beer with some buds (and the regulars lol).
