Esther's Restaurant

For Republic this is a 4 star place.  We ordered a couple of their Gourmet Burgers with Local Organic Beef and a couple of Beers from Republic Brewing Company.  
My husband inhaled the Chips and Salsa so I think they must have been pretty good.
Oh ya, the Hamburger Bun was locally made too, and it was a Tasty Kaiser Roll.  
The thing I liked the most about this place is how they took pride in the fact that as many ingredients that could be locally sourced where.  The waitress was young, but got our food to us in a timely manner and was polite.

The waiter was had a bad attitude and seemed annoyed that my mother and I were there. Both of our entrees were poorly made and lacked flavor. Mine was barely edible. The burrito was very soggy and the rice and beans were way over salted.  Overall it was not a good experience at all.

Yum! For Republic, it's good Mexican & they take care of our giant group every year!
