The Fire Barn

We ate there this evening.  The ribeye steaks were awful.  They had been refrozen, tasteless and pretty pricey for what we got.  We will not be going back.

Not bad, but unimpressive food.  Great service, though.

After the evening started off poorly at another restaurant, the group of 8 of us decided to give this place a try.  And boy were we happy we did!  This bar is great, and the wait staff is very friendly and helpful.  

The outside patio is secluded and large, with outdoor TV sets to enjoy your favorite football game while eating.  Although after we tried to sit out there for a few minutes, the mosquitos got the best of us and we retreated inside.  But there's plenty of table space inside, and at least a dozen TVs all easily viewable.  

The drink specials were excellent, especially for a Saturday night.  Our waitress recommended a couple of things from their menu - the broasted chicken and their philly sandwiches.  One of my friends had the philly and said it was great.  Sadly, no one tried the chicken.  But the burgers and pizza were good, and worth the wait during a busy kitchen rush.  

This is a great casual small-town bar that I would recommend trying.  I know we will all be coming back here on future weekends.
