Fire and Ice on Toby Creek

I have been here many times for both lunch and dinner. The food here has always been delicious and the service great as well. The menu is ever changing so you're not stuck with the same choices. I have sent many people here on the past and all have enjoyed the food.

A late lunch for three was a pleasure of outdoor dining midweek. Red sangria and pumpkin spiced lagers quenched our thirst. Moist pulled pork on an odd tasting wheat roll was better sans bread. The French onion soup not served with a tradition crusty cheese cap, but had the cheese commingled with the broth, onions and toasted croutons served at the oh, the right temperature - not warm, but hot and inviting. The California turkey panini, overflowing with thick slabs of roasted turkey breast with avocados was a guest's delight.

The bread was fantastic.  The hummus some of the best ever.  Appetizers were delicious. The steak for my entree was great.  The sides were not.  Service was slow.  Recommend reservations.  Wine selection, while bountiful lacked favorites found elsewhere.  Can't wait to try some other dishes.  I'll be back!
