What an awful experience at TGI Friday's!
(1) Sticky Table. Â (2) The oddest Caesar Salad I've ever seen. Â Had an Italian dressing and tomatoes on it. (3) No place settings! (4) My Cajun Shrimp & Chicken Pasta with Alfredo sauce was very dark brown?! (5) My wife's Shrimp Rice wasn't sizzling as advertised when it arrived at our table. (6) Daughter #1's French Onion Soup tasted like plastic. (6) Daughter #2's Chicken Breast was burnt with burnt Parmesan on it. (7) We were asked how everything was tasting as the last plate was placed on our table. Â (8) My wife was told she couldn't have her Margarita "frozen" because their machine was broken yet... 2 minutes later the same server asked the table beside us if they wanted their's frozen or on the rocks.
Seriously, we couldn't have been more disappointed. Â It was my worst restaurant experience in decades! Â Under no circumstances will I ever, and I mean EVER, visit this restaurant again :-(
not only was our food horriable. drinks too sweet, girls had been talking while i tried to leave. had my gf take our daughter out because she was getting cranky and still seeing that i had to sit 15 min before they finaly noticed i sent them outside. they forgot my salad till i mentioned it being on my bill. gf only took two bites of her shrip crap because it was over cooked....after a long day of work i didnt want to cook when i got home....but i guess i should have and saved 60 bucks. if i didnt feel like it was right for me to just stand up and leave when my gf and daughter did, i would have without paying the bill.....it was just plain Blah
Review Source:We placed an order for carry out and were very disappointed. Â The order was not ready when they said it would be and the containers made our meal look like it was a total afterthought even though it was a complete meal for two. Â The containers are generic and leave a lot to be desired when you open them and try to have a meal from them. Â The food is obviously thrown in there with no thought to how it looks. Â The quantity of food did not seem to match what we would have gotten inside the restaurant. Â My husband ordered a half slab of ribs, but only got three ribs. Â Really??!! Â That is a quarter slab! Â For the price, it really looked like they don't care at all about their take out customers. Â From what the other reviewers are saying, they really don't care about the customers that come in either. Â They really need to take a look at their competition. Â Especially from a takeout perspective. Â The Olive Garden, for example, has takeout containers made especially for their salads and dressing. Â The entree containers are set up like a real plate and the food is placed similarly to what the meal would look like if you were dining in the restaurant. Â Far, far surpassing the presentation provided by Fridays.
