  We stopped here on the way home from vacation and were glad we did (we are Cubs fans, too)! I really loved the thick, crispy fries, and we both really enjoyed our food. I got a grilled chicken wrap and my fiance got one of their burgers. The servers are friendly, too -- all in all a great, smoke-free place to enjoy a good beer and some bar food.

  The Get-A-Way burger is solid double in the gap.The fries have that rice coating that I usually don't like, but they're actually OK here. Food was above average bar fare, and if you are a Cubs fan, it's even better. Nice place to watch a Cubs game. The ivy on the outside of the building seals the deal.

  Even though I'm a avid Tiger fan and this is mostly a Cubs bar and restaurant, I really like this place. Great beer selection, really good food, (rib night)!!!! Even the Cub patrons are nice when a Tiger fan walks in. Well they have been to me at least. Lol. I have fun at the get a way every time I go. Cheers!!!

  The Getaway Grill and Cubbie Bar may be the best place to watch a Chicago Cubs game in Berrien County.  They have a full bar and pub menu.  We stopped by in the off-season for lunch.  We both had half pound burgers and fries or a salad.  The waitress was very affable.  I think much as you would not go to Wriggley Field for the cusine, the Getaway is best experienced during game time while having a burger and beer with your crew.  The big flat screens and rustic decor lend themselves to a great game-time experience.  For more reviews, check out <a href="/redir?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.dinemichigan.com&s=091a275bf12db8d0e0fc7fcac9a92dc760468da5512a682fb4945fe1c9a9d05a" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://www.dinemichigan.…</a>.

  Excellent food!!  Great beer choices.  Even though it's a Cubs bar (Go White Sox), it has great baseball memoribilia. It's the Best bar in Southwest Michigan!!  Holler!!
