Never does it fail to start your night, keep your night or end your night at the Goat with complete success. The Goat offers a great incentive to young professionals to have an atmosphere where you'll be surrounded by great company, more often than not, a night  with live music and amazing bartenders who are personable who typically know you by name. It's always a great feeling knowing you can walk into a bar and have your drink order ready or shots on the fly as you grab your bar stools.
The goat brings many things to the table, with young professionals who live in the area, net working is fantastic. It's within walking distance of your home, an positive reinforcement for not drinking and driving. Every face is friendly and never estranged. The food is delicious and always the right touch to fulfill your hunger. Sunny warm days at the pool to lounge and be lazy, always have a cocktail within reach and just a few weeks be able to swim to the ledge for a delicious cocktail freshie. Most importantly, sand volleyball and corn hole for those who have the competitive streaks. These are just a small few incentives as to why the Goat is an amazing place to be.
Almost everyone who has their first visit, never has their last.
I used to live at the Preserve Crossing community, and I'll be honest... one of the biggest selling points of this place was the walking distance to The Goat. Too perfect. Especially in the summertime.
The Goat comes equipped with a jukebox, tvs, couches, outdoor seating, indoor seating, cornhole, and a view of the pool/volleyball courts. The bartenders (in my experience) were always extra friendly and welcoming, and the crowd was great too. I met a lot of interesting people here.
Most importantly, The Goat is clean and under-utilized. It's not really a good final destination as there are never TOO many people, but it's a great place to pre-game or just stop for a few drinks. The Goat certainly served me well during my one year at the Villages at Preserve Crossing.
