Golden Corral

I'm afraid I can't give GC a strong review. Initially the food seemed a lot better, but in the last couple of years it seems to have declined. It's a nice place on the inside, clean, spacious, etc.

The Golden Corral offers delicious American food at an affordable price. It's a buffet and the selection is diverse. They have a desserts, pizza, steak, fruits, salad bar, fish, and more.

The food changes depending on the day of the week and time of day. The food is always hot and the buffet is never empty.

My favorite is the Bourbon Street Chicken and the Fried Chicken. The corn cobs are buttery, soft and juicy. The fruits are always fresh, not from cans.

Golden Corral is always packed during Sundays at lunch time, especially after church has ended.

I go to the Golden Corral in Springfield Ohio about once a year, when I take my anual Road Trip. The food is always good and plentiful. The guy at the roast beef station does tend to be a little stingy. This seems to be the case in many buffets that have a roast beef station. I reccomend GC and take friends when I'm in town.
