We intended to head back to Berkeley on a Saturday after being in Mendocino for 2 nights, and then decided to stay one more night. Â Had beer and (awesome) clam chowder at North Beach Brewing Co and then wanted to hear live music. Â Apparently, it's either Golden West or Caspar's for music, and so we went for proximity. Â Drove for 5 mins to GW and played shuffleboard and listened to a folksy rocky 3-piece band til bedtime. Â Good times in Fort Bragg.
Review Source:Yep, a dive bar. Â But major points for the awesome jukebox and old school pool tables and shuffleboard. Â And they even have a bumper pool table (which subsequently pissed me off and challenged my skills after a few drinks...) Â anyway, super cool lady bartender and an old time feel. Â Big space.
