G's Lounge

I am not generally a sociable person.  Sometimes, when I am happy or content, I have a miserable looking face.  This place, and the people in it, made it easy to be sociable.  

The owner was mingling among the patrons and making sure that his guests were having a good time.  From what I could tell, all of the guests were having a good time.

We stopped by here the other night simply because their neon sign was awesome. It's a pretty standard dive bar that is elevated over most because of the people. Our bartender was fantastic. She made one of the best Washington Apples I have ever tasted! We also got a chance to meet the owner,  who was personable and really seemed to care about his business and customers. We will be back, without a doubt. Our only question is, when?

This is a nice hometown bar. It is a little smoky but the drinks will so make you forget about that. If you get a chance get a Ham and cheese on rye. You will not get a better ham sandwich at any price in any location.
