Holly & Dolly's

This is a great local bar with great spirit. Biff one of the new owners goes out of his way to make sure that you are having fun and enjoying yourself. They have something going on almost every night. They have even launched a new great very inexpensive Express lunch. Don't forget the $0.40 wings and all of the great happy hour pricing. If you are looking for a place to have some inexpensive drinks and some great fun then Holly and Dolly's is your place.

A group of us go every first Friday to see our friends band Acoustically Yours Trio.  That is the ONLY reason we go to Holly and Dolly's.  The service is simply terrible,  It takes at least 20 minutes to get a drink  and that is if you were not forgotten. The female bartender is not friendly - "Smile honey and I bet you get bigger tips." The place is no longer run by the twins but they still work there and you can tell they just don't care.  They have a new manager/owner and his friends appear to get good service I hope he has a lot of them because pretty soon those are going to be his only customers.

This local bar has an older, relaxed crowd. When we go on weekday evenings it's not too busy. They serve excellent wings in a multitude of flavors and spice level. The Caribbean jerk chicken is one of the best, as is the hot garlic. They have a 35 cent chicken wing deal where if you buy ten and a drink, each wing is only 35 cents. If you got for happy hour, $2 for domestic bottles and $3 for imported bottles (not sure for tap). So even with a drink, it's a great deal. The only downsides are the bar is heavy with the smell of cigarette smoke (you can smoke in the bar) and the service can be slow, although friendly. We haven't tried any of the other food, but the prices look reasonable.
