Really surprised to see this have such poor reviews.
Okay, yes, the smell is a little weird. Â It's hard not to notice when you walk in, but it's not sewage or burning plastic - it smells more like detergent or air freshener. Â Definitely not offensive nor do you notice it after a few minutes.
The reason i think the reviews should be higher is the service. Â all the girls were very friendly and talkative, but still very attentive. Â and easy on the eyes too!
Since you know what you're going to get with hooters food, the service is what really makes you stay or go. so for that reason, this is a great one!
My husband and I frequent this Hooters at least once a month.
We always get good service, and their wings are always crispy and flavorful on the outside and juicy on the inside. I always get their Parmesan Garlic wings, and my husband loves their Daytona wings. They are never greasy like a lot of other wing joints. Â Their salads are always great and fresh. My husband loves their Chicken sandwiches. Fried pickles are really good, not too greasy. Their loaded tots are intense. Surprisingly their steamed and buffalo shrimp are really good, too. Â We've had friends who enjoyed their oyster buckets, but you couldn't pay me to eat that at a wing & beer joint.
I have had one bad experience in the year I've been going here (probably about 50 visits). We came in on a Friday after work when they were slammed. They had a new cook in the kitchen (who didn't last long) who over cooked the wings to the point they were like dry saw dust on the inside.
My only other complaint is that when ever I order their side of celery, they always serve the big white ends that you would normally throw out if you served this at home.
Other than that one time, we've never had any other problems. They always have a manager walking the floor, so if you have any issues they are there front and center to take care of it.
This is a Hooters, walking in and expecting a 5 star meal is setting yourself up for failure. Appreciate it for what it is, "delightfully tacky yet unrefined."
Great place to grab some wings and a beer and wind down after work or catch a game.
I'll take Hooters over Wing House any day.

I am big hooters fan, love there wings. But y far this is the worst hooters I have ever been to. The service stinks,we order simply a beer and glass of wine. After 15 mins of sitting there we didn't even much get a look to see if we needed to order or our drinks. We simply got up and left.
