Half Time Sports Grill

Nice surprise. Close to the airport in a weird residential area. Passed by a horse and donkey in someone's yard. NASCAR theme mostly. Pool tables. Lunch special burger was bad, a frozen cheap patty. Call ahead and have them drop some chicken if in a hurry. 15 min to cook fresh. Has a thin shake and bake crust almost. Spices are great and chicken is juicy. Recipe has a Mexican influence. Okra is standard quality. Some servers go above and beyond, some not so much.

This is a cool little out-of-the-way sports bar with great fried chicken. The staff is always nice and it's usually very clean. Nothing fancy (plastic forks/knives, wax paper for plates) but that's part of the charm. We go a couple of times a month and always have a good time.

Nice little bar and grill. A variety of food choices. Have eaten there probably 10 times and never had the same thing. That being said, I wouldn't say the food is out of this world, but it is all better than average.

Nice atmosphere as well.
