I've had very awesome experiences from this place EXCEPT for the last 2 times I've went there. The fries were far from crisp ( limp and soggy), the burgers were half way cooked and their sweet tea tasted like melted plastic. I am a HUGE Whataburger FAN and am very disappointed..... Going to give it one more shot and hopefully it will be better.
Review Source:Let's start out with three stars and go from there.
Plus half a star for the creamy pepper sauce. Â Tasty, with a nice kick. Â But, minus one star for having HFCS in it. Â 2.5 stars.
Speaking of the sauce, I'm not going to dock you any points for charging...you get a nice-sized tub for 35 cents. Â However, I AM going to dock you a full star for giving me the wrong sauce. Â I said honey mustard. Â You repeated honey mustard back. Â The receipt says honey mustard. Â So what was in the bag? Â Honey BBQ. Â *sigh*. Â If you are going to charge, get it right. Â Minus a full star for that leaves us at 1.5 stars.
Oh man, this isn't looking good for the Mustang Whataburger. Â I'm a Whataburger fan, too!
Plus half a star for chocolate malt. Â You remembered to add the malt, and I can taste it. Â Two stars.
Minus a full star for charging extra for the malt when getting it as the drink with a combo, but not giving any credit for NOT getting the drink. Â One star.
*sigh* Â I was really excited when I heard Whataburger was building a store in Mustang. Â But the execution is a bit lacking. Â Sonic has become a rare treat because it is a bit expensive...and you are more expensive than Sonic. Â The question becomes 'are you worth the expense?'.
The answer, sadly, is no. Â You need to work on filling the orders correctly.
