Headquarters Inc

My husband is originally from Jasper and everytime we are back in town we always are craving their food.   Fried cheese balls with ranch are to die for!!!  I think on the weekends they have a pretty sold Rib eye steak.  Other than that, it's just really good bar food.  I even picked up a Headquarters tee shirt as a souvenir!!!!  Everyone there is always friendly.  Headquarters is Jasper's "Cheers"(the t.v show).   Everyone knows each other and they all will give you a welcome!   I think that it should be on the show "Diners, drive-ins and dives".

Nice little small-town bar.  They don't have a huge beer selection, but you can get Upland Wheat now if you're a beer snob like me.  There's the bar on one side and the sitdown restaurant on the other.  Great food.  They've got the usual Southern Indiana fare Breaded Tenderloins, German Fries (that's potatoes and onions to auslanders like me) and Fried Chicken.  I'm a huge fan of the Redhots and fried Cheeseballs.  Really hit the spot after we got tired of leftover Thanksgiving Turkey.
