Good place to get loaded up and shoot some pool. Â This place is open late so it's a good place to go blow off some steam. Â It's located next to an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting center, so you can laugh at all the quitters in the parking lot. Â Definitely worth visiting if you're in Cary and feel like drinking and shooting.
Review Source:I wouldn't consider myself a regular at this place. Â However, i go enough to warrant a review and some compliments.
This place is off the beaten path, aka it's in a strip mall with some random ass businesses, maybe a worship center or two. Â It doesn't stop people from becoming regulars though. Â They do have pool league a few nights a week, but you can still go and will most likely be able to grab a table. Â There's never a cover, but there is touch tunes and photohunt- oh yea and the bartenders are super nice :) Â There's cheap beers and drinks, but no food. Â So if you're planning on getting rowdy perhaps with a game or two of scotch scotch doubles (yes shots are involved) you won't spend a lot of $$ ...and probably won't get kicked out either :)
They must have good tables because it can get pretty crowded, especially on league nights. Â Another great thing about this place is that the owner actually likes to hang out at his own bar- go figure. Â He gets to know his regulars and is super friendly, and quite frankly it makes me feel a little warm and fuzzy inside.
Bottom line when I think of a chill night of pool playing I wouldn't think about anywhere else. As long as you remember to eat before you start pounding drinks you will definitely have a great night!
