Really more of a three and a half Star, but since that's not allowed, it gets bumped down. Bumping up would have given too much to it in my opinion. The wife and I hit this place for lunch, we've been wanting to try their Burgers for a couple weeks now. Since they were closed on the 4th, we hit a tavern down the block but figured today was the day to try them out. We weren't disappointed, the Burgers were Huge and Juicy, fries hot and Onion rings crispy! Service was on par with what you'd expect. Overall not bad... in fact when we had talked about it, if we hadn't been so blown away by the Tavern we went to on the Holiday right up the street, we would have given it a solid 4 stars... it's going to be our fall back burger joint. Worth a try? Definitely!
Review Source:We had a nice dinner here with our son. Â I had the Greek salad topped with grilled chicken - really enjoyed it with a draft of Red Oak. Â My husband had the Ringo and really liked it as well with a Sweet Josie draft. Â Our son had the the Burning Down the House burger with fries as he likes anything spicy and said it was great. Â They have spruced up the place with and it looked nice. Â Seems there are lots of regulars which is a sign of a good place to me. Â We have been often and I really don;t think we have been disappointed.
Review Source:Well we thought it would be great however we were mistaken. Â The three of us all had burgers the burger itself was OK, nothing spectacular just OK. Â My wife had the burger with caramelized onions' caramelized they were not. Â More like slightly grilled. Â I had the onion ring side which in my opinion was the star of the show. Â My wife had the fries and my son had the chips, both which were under cooked and over greasy - kind of yucky actually. Â The buns appeared to be stale or they are suppose to be tough and not soft. Â The mayo is cheap and in condiment packages on the table - hardly worthy of a $9.00 burger. Â Then to top it off we walked out into a cloud of smoke. Â Apparently the smoking lounge is directly outside of the door.
All in all not very pleasing and no one in our party of three would ever care to come back. Â We all fealt that you can get better burgers at lower prices at mojos, burgerfi or five guys.
