Ruckus Pizza, Pasta & Spirits

Food is decent and the staff is usually good...but the last time I visited, I noticed a sign on the door that said NC beer were 3 dollar drafts on Thursdays.  Great!  It was Thursday so I ordered a Foothills Jade IPA.  Check came and it said 5.50$.  I ask why and they change it...to 5 (which is the normal price).  I ask again why a beer from an NC brewery isn't 3 dollars since that's what the sign on the door says and all they can say is "I don't know, it says 5 on the menu" with an airheaded giggle.  So not only did they not honor the sign on the door, but they originally tried to over charge me to begin with!  I'm done with this place..

Ruckus has outdone itself!  I was there Thursday with friends to knock back a few cold ones when our server came to our table with an unsolicited order of ONION RINGS!  The rings were prepared for us by Ryan who prepared an order for us on our previous visit.  Onion rings are not on the menu at Ruckus and I always order them just to tease with the servers.  The fact that Ryan saw us there and prepared the rings for us just speaks volumes to the level of customer service that you get here. TOP NOTCH!

what would you expect from a pizza pasta joint?

good pizza - CHECK
good drinks - dont drink but looked like a CHECK
TVs - CHECK x 10+
friendly team - CHECK

the 1st time i went here, the hostess(s) and waitress were very sweet to us; especially considering we were both sporting SF Giants gear in what appears to be Nationals or Braves(especially to my 5 year old)

the second time i went with my wife and daughter and a couple of the staff remembered us, saying hello again. we lived in CA and ate at certain restaurants multiple times per month and the staff would never interact and make you feel at home like this

i cant wait to come back here again for so many reasons
