I went to 40 Thieves on a Thursday night at around 9 or 10 pm. It is located in a strip mall in Little Canada (this made me skeptical, but when we went inside we discovered that the lounge was like an oasis in the middle of suburbia. The trendy but comfortable stylings included leather couches and chairs in a lounge style and bar height tables. The music playing tended to be either alternative or top 40. There was a TV which could be used and a variety of board games.
There were only a few downsides that I noticed. The first was the pricing. with 6 people we got 3 hookahs for $10 dollars a person. There are definitely cheaper places around the cities. Also, as a new business, not many people were there (only one other large group). It seems like their market is suburban kids or adults. Since they aren't attracting a middle-eastern consumer base (like other hookah bars in town) they are definitely having a problem attracting people. Besides that I loved it!
Definitely recommended.
