Porky's Bar

A friend and I were in the mood to try a dive bar in St. Paul and met at Porky's on a Wednesday afternoon.  We're not your typical "hang out in a bar on Wednesday at 2pm" folks (we had the day off), so we weren't sure how we'd be received.
Turns out it's a pretty nice place with very friendly staff.  There were about a dozen regulars (we assume) bellied up to the bar in various stages of intoxication.
We had a few tap Premiums and were happy to see they were something like $2.50/$3 at that time.  Porky's turned out to be a nice place to have a cheap beer, with good service.  Stop on by.  I'll be back.

Really good!, It's just a old fashion neighborhood bar. No frills, but a very nice place to hang out.

Great place to meet your friends or meet a new one. Good pour's and great drink prices also. New owners are really cleaning the place up with new chairs, carpet and a fresh new look inside:) Stop by and have a $2.00 pint of beer and say Hi to Dan and Jason
