Yannarelly's

Yannarellys is the ultimate blue collar bar. It is what the Eastside of St. Paul is all about. They have Schlitz and Hamm's on tap, and you can walk in at noon to find people already drunk. It is full of old-time Eastsiders. About as basic as a bar can be, 1 pool table, 1 golden tee and no food, but a cheap honest place to have some beers.

One day this area of town will be like N.E. Mpls. It is not there yet, and probably won't be for at least another 10 years. It's still too rough for most of you. Probably by the time all of N.E. looks like the intersection of Lake and Hennepin, the Eastside will be cool like N.E. was 3 years ago.
