Called ahead of time to ask if they had any event going on and how busy it was, was basically lied about that, and was not told that THEY DON'T SERVE ALCOHOL at this lounge, even though it says "Full Bar" on their yelp page. Service was a little on the rude side, they didn't really seem to care.
Will not be going back.

When you first walk in, you are suddenly in a fantasy world.....beautifully decorated, high ceilings, spacious dance floor with the DJ overlooking island, secret door in the back for alcohol on Fridays and Saturdays....just the way I like it!
The music gets you so pumped! I start dancing in my seat till I cannot hold it in any longer and take it out on the dance floor! Line dancing to Booty Shaking music this place has everything I could of dreamed of. A perfect place for me!
Employees are awesome, the people are awesome. I have made tons of friends.
The hookah flavors are so yummy! I recommend mixing them with other flavors!
There are black lights on the ceilings so neon or white clothes and accessories are awesome to have on. They do sell Hookaholics shirts and Electronic Hookahs on a stick!!

I love this place! Good music, plenty of seating, good hooka flavors, not too pricey, $5 refills, excellent customer service! I just get their Fruit Bowls. They last forever and you dont have to spend $$ on refills. They keep comin around to make sure your hooka is working right. There is a $10 cover on friday saturday nites or 2 people per hooka rule. If you dont smoke just pay the $10 at the door. This place is a magnet for indian people. I always see a few people i know everytime i go. There is a lot of young people(18+) but there hasnt been any fights or drama yet. Come with your own crew and you be ok. You can chill with your friends smoke hooka, just lounge around, listen to good music, or hit the floor and dance. Sometimes they have a bar as well. This place has a club vibe to it except theres plenty of free parking and if you live in the south sac eg area you dont have to drive downtown to go dancing!

The atmosphere was clean & nice.
The staff were nice & friendly, but I had to take 2 stars off because they sat us in the very back when there was a booth clearly open, just not clean yet. When it was clean, they sat another group in the booth that came in way after us.
The man walking around setting people up with coal walked by us 5 or 6 times so we couldn't even start our hookah for about 15 minutes.
I got extremely annoyed seeing him socialize with other guests and smoke their hookah with them rather than doing his job....it's called a job for a reason, buddy.
These two things really, really annoyed me but once we were able to get the hookah going, I had a good time.
The flavor I got was "Double Apple". It started off smooth and half-way through it had a bite to it, but once we got some new coals it started to smooth out again. I hear "California Sex" is very good so I will be trying this next time.
I really hope they put up a website soon with all their flavors and prices. I think this would be very convenient. I also think it would be cool if they had a photographer going around every now and then taking pictures (like they do at clubs) and they put them up on their website.
All-in-all, I would go here again as it's the only hookah joint in EG. Hopefully the service gets better.
This is the spot! I've been to several hookah lounges and this is definitely the best one I've been to. The atmosphere, the vibe, the people, the music, and the staff are all top self quality. And It definitely has that club vibe when you walk in because of the loud music playing in the background, and that's what makes this hookah lounge dope as shit, lol. It was poppin' when me and few friends went and I'm sure it's like that every weekend...or everyday! Therefore, If you're planning on hitting up a hookah lounge soon, go to this one! You won't be disappointed! You can even quote me on that.
