Later in my review, you will find my experience is not normal for this location, and so I don't think you should anticipate the same treatment...
People go to Hooters for one thing... Â Well, maybe two things, but one of those is great service. Â Say what you want about Hooters, they do treat you well when you are there. Â I went to this Hooters during work with a group who had been a few times before. Â We seated ourselves and had quite a bit of time to look at the menu before we realized we had not seen our waitress. Â
This is extremely rare at Hooters and I don't think I've ever sat at the table at any other Hooters for more than one minute before being greeted by the waitress. Â
Our waitress finally materialized and took our drink and (by that time) food orders, apologizing for her tardiness. Â Later, while waiting for our food, our glasses became empty! Â This is another thing that I have never seen at a Hooters. Â We were drinking soda and tea, but even with a pitcher, I've never had an empty glass and never had to refill myself. Â We had to actually flag our waitress down to get refills. Â Overall we saw our waitress 4 times: to order, 2 refills, and for the check. Â She apologized twice, but never gave any explanation. Â She was not tending her other tables any better. Â
Generally, it seemed the other waitresses were much more attentive, and the people I was with said that this was not the norm for thier experiences at this location. Â
Hopefully our waitress is new and will learn the ropes quickly.
