I'm giving Crave Lounge 2 stars because I haven't seen any consistency yet. Opening night was packed! The area of about nine pool table was bustling, the bar was 4 deep, the couches and little VIP areas were full of people and the music was great with a full dance floor. The three bartenders were overrun with orders, with a little persistence and a good spot it was only a 10 minute wait, to be expected at a brand new bar. I was excited to have a new spot in the west end between The West (God's gift to the planet) and the Pacesetter (God's gift to drunk white kids who can't dance). The second night of opening made me look like a jackass after singing Craves praises. We walked with 6 friends at midnight to a pretty dead bar. After seeing a couple stripperesque (not the good kind) girls grinding alone on the dance floor, only a couple pool players, and a pretty empty lounge we split before the vibe brought us down. The place was also really bright inside, too bright for the random mix of people trolling around. I hope I'm wrong about this place, only time will tell. Update soon to follow.
