They are not busy tonight and closing early but the staff is amazingly nice.

Quality of the food has gone down recently so taking a star down for that.

Love this place - my favorite so far in Manhattan.  Thursday is half price for wine and the calamari was the best we've found in the area so far.  My husband had a steak and said that it was the first time he'd gotten a steak cooked to perfection (clearly the cook will change from night to night) and was very much impressed.  I got scallops and they melted in my mouth.  Outdoor seating was minimal but w/ a great view.
