OK I've decided to go with The Big House Breakfast plus make
My hash browns what they call "All The Way" that consists of diced sugar cured ham, onions, maters , green bell peppers ,
Topped with cheese!

OK I'm back because I need to try another item in the menu. The Chicken Fried Steak was pretty good as truck stops go! Now on to the chili fries!

My first time here and it's brand spanking  new! We will see how good the Chicken Fried steak is. The staff looks happy to be here.

OK this place is a truck stop I'll grant you that. They have the Huddle House located inside the Flying J Truck stop. Similar to a Pilot Store maybe one in the same. OK with all that said The Huddle House is pretty good for a quick inexpensive meal. The  chili is OK and so are the Chile Fries. I'm go int to go light on the cheese sauce next time i get the Chili Cheese fries. The deserts are OK. We had the Cheese cake and my grandson had the Key Lime pie, and other Grandson had a chocolate some kinda shake. So far i can't complain. The Chicken Fried steak is pretty good. The sausage gravy and biscuits are real good. Breakfast as a whole is fine with the usual fare. Hash browns, bacon and sausage are also pretty good. Here you get what you see and no surprises. This is a new location so everyone in the New Haven area have another option to get gas, grab a snack or a meal or browse the grocery section and what not stuff featuring Tech  and Electronics options and accessories. I almost forgot to say you can buy fresh baked Cinnabon cinnamon rolls fresh from the oven. They truly are the Cadillac of cinnamon buns!
