As far as New Haven bars/eaterys go, R&H is a bit pricier than the others. The food is great. The wait staff checks on you so much that it can get annoying. Good selection of beers. My GF loves their Cuban sandwich and I love their pizza rolls. They still allow you to smoke while you have a few drinks. If you don't like the smoke, don't go there and complain. You nonsmokers have plenty of other places to go if it's that big of a problem for you.
Review Source:It's a pretty fun bar to hang out at on the weekends. I had the Cuban sandwich on my last visit and that was really good and the tater tots for a side. They certainly aren't the cheapest bar in town, but service is always prompt. Expect to wait for a table on the weekends. It's one of the very few non-chain restaurants in Fort Wayne/New Haven that will have a waiting list for a table. It gets loud when they have a band and they still allow smoking but the food and good times make it worth it.
