I don't generally give any establishment 5 stars, but this was as close as I ever got to giving them.  The food was delicious and comparatively priced.  They brought out my toddler's chicken pad thai VERY quickly which helped keep him very happy, bonus points in my book!

I had the Koa Pad Kra Prao with beef (delicious!) and my husband had the beef Lab.  We'll likely make our way down there again very soon!

This review is for take out only.  This is truly excellent food. I have lived most of my life in New York City or Chicago, and have never found Thai as good as this.  Perhaps it is the Burmese influence.  Their food is layered in flavor, not overly sweet, not overly salty, not overly greasy, full of fresh herbs, citrus, authentic fish sauce.  The price is outstanding.  We have had the delicious samosas (much thinner wonton than the Indian samosas we have had and with more flavor), the Yum Woon Sen, Sukiyaki, Kao Pad Kra Prao, and the Pad Khee Mao. All have been excellent. The broth in the Sukiyaki was incredible. We LOVE this restaurant!

O.M.G. What an amazing experience this was! A real exploration for me, personally, as I had never had Bhurmese food before.

But beyond that - the people! The kindness! The love they put into their food! And, the GENEROSITY of their food, both in taste, explanation, and volume.

As an example, we ordered a papaya salad as a side dish. I have had some amazing papaya salads, and am quick to try to compare different versions. This little dish came out. It was a couple of bucks, so I thought it might be a side-dish portion of shaved papaya, and maybe some hot peppers and a dressing. No, no - it came out in a huge dish, and had all kinds of seafood in it. Not what I was expecting, and not something I could really eat since I don't eat seafood. But, my dining companion could, and I was amazed at the quality and generosity of the seafood in the dish.

We probably ordered 5 of 6 dishes between the two of us, because we were visiting Fort Wayne and weren't sure when we would get a chance to try Bhurmese food again. All said, our bill was like 20 or 30 bucks. Peanuts for the variety and quality of food we were served.

Amen - Bhurmese or not, this is definitely a place you should support when you are in Fort Wayne!
