IHOP

Service has definitely improved at this new IHOP. It took awhile for it to come into its own but all's well now. If a meal comes with cocktail sauce or something, you may have to request it. Otherwise a perfectly acceptable IHOP experience.

We visited this place opening week and found it very busy but had decent service and a good meal.  Three weeks later, four of us visited for a early mourning meal and found the place empty except for the serving staff, who spent most of their time in the back with no one on the floor for extended periods.  It took over five minutes to get someone to take our order.  After waiting nearly 20 minutes for our food, the manager came out to tell my wife that they were out of the batter for her banana pancakes!  They had the rest of the food - which was cold, and expected her to order again while the rest of us ate our cold food.  We expressed our displeasure at this act and the poor service overall.  The manager tore up the bill and asked us to come back.  We won't.
