Asked server for runny scrambled eggs, white bread, tomatoes instead of hashbrowns. Â She said we have a name for those eggs. I said probably "snot" she laughed and said she'd turn in the order for myself and mother. Â She brought brown hard scrambled eggs to the table and wheat instead of white bread. Â I commented to her that I thought I asked for "snotty" scrambled and these aren't. Â She said, "I was going to tell the cook but the general manager was standing there so I couldn't." Â So my response was could you please take them back and have them fixed? Â She said not while the gen mgr is here. Â Excuse me but if the customer wants runny eggs why first of all would you bring them to the table if they were overcooked and second why would you tell the customer no you won't change it. Â That is a employee that needs to be retrained and a gen mgr that needs to know that employees are afraid of "him/her" enough that they won't take care of the customers as customers should be taken care of. Â So something needs to be looked at at this store in regard to mgr/employee relations and bottom line...we, this table won't be back. Â The only reason we tried the store again after a 4 year refusal to come is someone in our family bought us a gift card...wish they'd spent their money elsewhere....
Review Source:I usually come to this ihop just once in a while, but because I have had a coupon recently I have been twice in a week!
The first visit was quite unpleasant. Our waitress was unbelievably rude to us. She was sarcastic and blatantly insulted us. Come to find out she is a manager, or so she said.
I am happy to report that the second visit was much improved! Our waitress was very sweet and helpful and patient. I would go back anytime for a waitress like her, But just beware of the other one!
