Their burgers are really good.  My father had the linguine with red clam sauce and thought it was delicious.  Great place to grab a quick bite

Amazing food great service!!! The best duck I've ever had in my life!!! But I have to say they have the most amazing  dessert options in the catskills. My server brought a tray of there desserts to our table!!! Red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting was the best!!! Can't wait to go back!

I have been here twice. We recently moved into the area and as mentioned, there aren't alot of places to choose from. However, the food here is very good. My first time here I had the Alaskan King Crab legs which were perfectly prepared and split. Very good. The second time I had the Seafood fra diavalo. Very fresh, good tasting. the chef knows how to prepare fresh food. the specials were different on both occasions. I am sure we will be back. defintely get a table overlooking the creek.

Went recently with friends for dinner. The food was great, service is excellent. They have a small salad bar which comes with dinner and we were pleasantly surprised by the high quality ingredients. Relaxed environment for a casual yet quality meal.

I stayed at the Roxbury Inn which is about 20minutes away. There are not a lot of food options in the area, and not a lot that are open late.  I was going to go to the Black Bear Maine place up the block but we decided to try this place.  They have a parking lot in front if you are driving, which you probably are. We called to see what time they close, and the girl who picked up the phone had an attitude but we decided to trek anyway.  We ordered our food to go, there were a few people at the bar and quiet for a Sunday night. It's a good thing we decided to go, because when our food came out, they started taking off the lights. The chef was hanging out by the bar since it was slow and gave us the menu, he was friendly and suggested a few options.  We decide to go with the mussels, Asiagio shrimp pasta and the fried seafood platter.  The food was good, no complaints. The Mussels was really good in a nice broth. There was no fishy or seafood smell, or sand/grit.  A nice touch, they put saran wrap around the container so nothing spilled out.  The Asiago shrimp that came with pasta was good. The Shrimp was big, but they only gave 3..Maybe because they were closing..iono. The Seafood platter was also nice, but again a little skimpish on the shrimp.  We were happy that we got food from here, they are a little less expensive than Black beard.  The previous night we tried Publics and the food was bland. It was nice to finally have some food with taste! Side note, if you are in the area and driving, go to Katies for breakfast.

There's not a whole lot of choices in this neck of the Catskill Mountains. Having said that, Inn Between is a very sweet place for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The back wall of the restaurant opens onto a row of picture windows overlooking a pretty view of the woods and a running stream.

The place is done up in cozy country kitsch. Waitresses range from a cheer-y grandma to a rather subdued teenager. But everyone wants to make you happy so that you'll come back.

The food is pretty basic. Don't try anything fancy and you'll be ok. Pancakes, burgers, pasta dishes all work fine. I had a broiled scrod and steamed veggies that were probably defrosted but the dish was still satisfying, considering the alternatives. (I.e, grabbing a sandwich from the local supermarket.)

Update 7/4/10 -- Just went back. Both the food and service seem somewhat better. Maybe because there's more competition now...there's a new supermarket in town -- FreshTown -- which has suddenly become more of a dining option in a place with slim pickins'.
